Teacher Resource Use License

Your classroom license

Each purchase grants one purchasing teacher a nonexclusive, ongoing license to use that resource with their own students in their own classes, including in later school years. You receive permission to use the resource, not ownership of its copyrights.

You may print copies for your own classroom students and distribute them through a password-protected class learning platform restricted to your own students and authorized classroom staff. A substitute teaching your classes may use the resource for that assignment, but may not retain it for unrelated or independent use.

Sharing and redistribution

A single-teacher purchase does not authorize sharing the resource with other teachers or their separate classes, public websites, unrestricted drives, or social media downloads. You may not resell, sublicense, commercially republish, or redistribute resources or extract illustrations or components for separate reuse or resale.

Credits and other creators' material

Keep all included copyright, credits, and attribution notices intact. Any third-party content included under separate terms remains subject to those terms. This license does not transfer third-party intellectual-property rights. Resource-specific licenses or notices supplied with a download also apply.
