Who we are

Color Me Creative Art Room, operated by Heather Colbert, provides downloadable art and STEM teaching resources at colormecreativeartroom.com. For privacy questions, use our support form or email support@colormecreativeartroom.com.

Information we process

When you register or sign in, the store processes account details such as your email and authentication identifiers. When you order resources, we retain order records, purchased-resource details, amounts, payment status, and download entitlements. Payment transactions are handled by Stripe; we do not ask you to provide full payment card details through our contact form.

When you use Wishlist or Saved for Later, the store keeps the resources you save associated with your account. Our support form collects the name, contact email, subject, category, message, and any order reference you voluntarily submit.

The cart is stored locally in your browser. The website also uses essential browser storage for account sessions and cart functionality.

Limited store analytics

We collect first-party, approximate page-view activity for the homepage, shop, and public product pages using an anonymous browser-tab session identifier, page path, and day. We do not intentionally attach a customer account ID, name, IP address, or user-agent string to these analytics records. The stored analytics records are scheduled for deletion after approximately 90 days. Browsers signaling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are excluded from this collection.

Web hosting and security providers may separately process network information as part of serving and protecting the website.

Why we use information

We process this information to operate accounts, securely deliver paid resources, keep order and refund records, manage customer support, preserve customers' saved lists, understand store performance, detect misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Support requests may also generate an email notification to the store owner. We do not use our saved-list information to publicly identify individual customers.

Service providers

We use Supabase for account and store data, Stripe for checkout and payment processing, Vercel for website hosting, Cloudflare for domain and related services, and Resend for store-related email delivery. These providers process relevant information to provide their services, under their applicable terms and privacy policies.

Retention and security

We retain order information and purchase-access records as needed to provide your resources, support transactions, respond to issues, and meet legal obligations. Saved lists are retained while your account uses them, unless items are removed. Support communications may be retained for follow-up and business records. Anonymous page-view records have a roughly 90-day scheduled retention period. We use access controls and server-side protections, but no website can guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy choices

You can remove resources from Wishlist and Saved for Later. You may contact us to request information about, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal, security, and transaction-record requirements. To make a request, use the customer support form. We may need to verify your identity before acting on account-related requests.

Children and updates

This store is intended for educators and other adult purchasers, not for children to create customer accounts. We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change and will update the date shown above.
