Digital resources

Our downloadable teaching resources are generally final sale for changes of mind after purchase and delivery. This does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Duplicate purchases or file problems

If you accidentally buy the same resource twice, receive the wrong file, or cannot use a damaged or corrupted file, please contact us. We may first provide the correct file or help you resolve the problem; an appropriate refund is available if the issue cannot be resolved, and duplicate charges can be refunded.

We ask you to report issues within 14 days when practical so we can investigate promptly. We will also consider requests received later, and this timeframe does not restrict rights provided by law.

Refund handling

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider or bank. Access to a refunded resource may be removed from your account library.

Get help

Use our customer support form and include the resource title and order reference if available. Never send payment card information through the form.
